Why You Need to Experience Tahoe Treetops Adventure Parks

Tahoe City Treetop

If you want to get out and explore the great outdoors in a fun and exciting way, look no further than the Tahoe City Treetop park. This collection of tree platforms, ziplines, courses, events, and bridges weaving and winding through the beautiful forests surrounding Lake Tahoe. This is the largest of the Tahoe Treetops Adventure Parks in the area. Check out the list of activities below!

  • 10 courses (two beginner, six intermediate, and two advanced) 
  • 97 tree platforms
  • 27 zip lines total ranging from 30 feet to 300 feet in length
  • 60 events/bridges, each one is unique

Squaw Valley Treetop

If you’re in Squaw Valley to hike or bike, be sure to check out the Squaw Valley Treetop park! This series of beginner and intermediate courses is a fantastic place for kids to safely test their skills while everyone in your party takes in stunning views of the surrounding mountains. This location’s list of activities includes:

  • 50-foot alpine tower with vertical climbing
  • 16 tree platforms up to 35 feet tall
  • Six ziplines ranging from 40 feet to 150 feet in length
  • 10 events/bridges
  • The Leap of Faith event

This Tahoe Treetops Adventure Park has a few extra course requirements for participants.

  • Ages 5 and up
  • 260-pound maximum
  • Closed-toed shoes

Tahoe Vista Treetop

The Tahoe Vista Treetop adventure park provides visitors with tons of activities as well as sensational views of the lake. This 125-acre complex in North Lake Tahoe is home to ziplines, courses, bridges, and tree platforms ranging from beginner to advanced. They even have areas where non-participants can watch their families have fun. Check out the full list of activities below!

  • 87 tree platforms ranging from 10 feet to 50 feet tall
  • 54 events/bridges
  • 39 ziplines total ranging from 20 feet to 300 feet in length
  • Nine different courses for all abilities (two beginner, five intermediate, and two advanced)
  • Participants ages five to six or less than 49 inches tall have seven courses available
  • Participants 49 inches or taller can use all nine courses 
  • Lakeview course has almost 1,000 feet of ziplines
